O serviço de portaria é eficiente. Tem uma bonita decoração na área comum.

Primeiro com este o Downtown brigadeiro , depois Downtown Luz ao lado do metrô, depois Downtown Genebra, Downtown República que é o mais lindo do centro em formato em "L" e por último , Estação Brás na Rua da Alfandega na zona Cerealista e o último na Downtown São Luís na Av. São Luis com Consolação próximo a Lanchonete Estadão . Tive a oportunidade de fechar negócios em todos os empreendimentos. (1 1 ) 9 3 2 4 6 - 12 77.
