Condomínio muito bonito bem localizado, com ruas amplas, salão de festas ,quadra de futebol de salão, área verde com parquinho e churrasqueira com mesas, cadeiras, freezer, e uma imensa área coberta, piscina e academia. Portaria bonita e muito bem monitorada. Parcelamento bem estendido e boas condições de negociação.
I liked the proposal! And from there I acquired a lot in the Condomínio Las Palmas in Pouso Alegre.
Very beautiful condominium well located, with wide streets, ballroom, soccer court, green area with playground and barbecue with tables, chairs, freezer, and a huge covered area, swimming pool and gym. Beautiful and very well monitored concierge. Installments well extended and good negotiation conditions.
