★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não esta abrindo a mais de 1 semana. Moro no canto da Rua e todo dia vejo pessoas batendo com a porta na cara sem atendimento. Tipo de órgão que não tem utilidade alguma pro município.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste lugar nunca estive, mais em matéria de fiscalização zero, ele só sabe fazer propaganda em meios de comunicação, mais não existe fiscalização, pq quando se faz uma reclamação na garagem do fim da linha, eles não dão importância, e fica por isso mesmo, portanto este órgão e zero, hoje mesmo peguei um coletivo da forte e motorista de pior qualidade e falta de respeito para o usuário, vai queimando parada, deixa cliente sem prestar um bom serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este órgão deixa muito a desejar, quase ineficiente...Linhas integradoras com o BRT, ou seja, os Troncais já eram pra ter voltado com a integração. Outra reclamação que faço é sobre as recargas do VT que não caem automaticamente todo mês preciso ir a um posto desbloquear a recarga. Inaceitável isso!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bacana, hoje fui lá pra recarregar o vale digital, pois eu vi aqui que estaria aberto até às 17h, até estranhei que estaria aberto hoje, mas confiando nas informações desatualizadas deste lugar, eu fui e quando eu cheguei lá... fechado:/, aí o cara veio de longe pra nada. Espero que tenham responsabilidade em atualizar as informações relacionadas ao funcionamento deste lugar em feriados ou em dias importantes. Muita falta de respeito e irresponsabilidade.
