Ledo engano o meu, pois este estava quase sem recheio e com a massa crua em seu interior, sendo percebido já em minha residência!! Talvez tenha que melhorar os processos!!! Opino pelo churros, não conheço os outros produtos !!

Sorvete muito bom com nutella e chocolate belga. Já a casquinha de churros é estranha, estava molhada. Nem parecia do dia.
Pensava num churros crocante e quentinho com sorvete dentro. Decepcionado!
Esta casquinha borrachuda não tava legal.
Entendam como crítica construtiva.
Quero voltar e experimentar mais coisas para reavaliar as estrelas.

Very good ice cream with nutella and Belgian chocolate. The churros cone is strange, it was wet. It didn't even look like the day.
I thought of a crispy and warm churros with ice cream inside. disappointed!
This rubbery cone wasn't cool.

Fiz o pedido de dois “Conetto Supremo”. Quando chegaram, a atendente entregou e um deles quebrou a massa do churros assim que ela colocou na minha mão, na mesma hora o sorvete começou a cair por baixo e derreter, so deu tempo de levar até a mesa. E eu não sabia o que fazer. Eu e meu namorado pedimos ajuda e só responderam “é assim mesmo” e não deram atenção alguma. Meu namorado pegou um copo com a moça que estava limpando o local, que foi a única que nos ajudou, e tive que me virar e comer tudo quebrado mesmo. Ele quis reclamar do atendimento, mas estava tão chateada que preferi deixar lá o que sobrou, levantar e ir embora. Perdi a vontade de estar no lugar e de comer, pois fiquei envergonhada de ter sujado tudo e ter que comer “o que sobrou”… 25 reais jogados fora.

My boyfriend got a glass from the girl who was cleaning the place, who was the only one who helped us, and I had to turn around and eat everything broken anyway. He wanted to complain about the service, but she was so upset that I preferred to leave what was left there, get up and leave. I lost the desire to be in the place and to eat, because I was ashamed of having soiled everything and having to eat “what was left”… 25 reais thrown away.

The atmosphere is clean, beautiful, the service is friendly. The menu is very varied and the quality of the churros is exceptional, I highly recommend it! I ordered the traditional ones to try and I will be back more often to try the others!
