Uns meses atrás fiz um pedido de 3 marmitas pelo whatsapp logo pela manhã e fiquei aguardando, já eram 14h da tarde quando liguei lá e me falaram que nem sequer tinham anotado o pedido, nem perguntaram se eu ainda queria fazer o mesmo ou se desculparam, simplesmente desligaram na minha cara. Como gosto muito da comida, após alguns meses sem ligar lá, continuei pedindo, hoje tentei ligar lá 5 vezes e nas 3 que me atenderam quando perguntei qual era o cardápio do dia simplesmente desligaram na minha cara novamente. Fora as vezes em que já fui comer no restaurante e eu e minha família fomos tratados com desdém como se estivéssemos lá de favor e a pessoa trabalhando lá por obrigação. Isso é totalmente frustante e uma humilhação pro cliente, ninguém merece ser tratado desse jeito. Sempre levei várias pessoas lá, mas hoje foi a última tentativa e a certeza de que nunca mais volto a pedir lá e não recomendo pra ninguém. Se o estabelecimento acha que tem a razão pra tratar alguém assim, pois que continue até afundar.
Today on 12/17/2021 was the second neglect situation I had with the restaurant. A few months ago I made an order for 3 lunchboxes via whatsapp first thing in the morning and I was waiting, it was already 2 pm when I called there and they told me that they hadn't even taken the order, they didn't even ask if I still wanted to do the same or they apologized, they just hung up on me. As I really like the food, after a few months without calling there, I kept asking, today I tried to call there 5 times and in the 3 that they answered me when I asked what the menu of the day was, they just hung up on me again. Apart from the times when I went to eat at the restaurant and my family and I were treated with disdain as if we were there as a favor and the person working there was out of obligation. This is totally frustrating and humiliating for the customer, no one deserves to be treated like that. I've always taken several people there, but today was the last attempt and I'm sure I'll never order there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. If the establishment thinks it has a reason to treat someone like that, then let it continue until it sinks.
