they rejected a dog for bathing and grooming because it was dirty and old, on the grounds that age and stress could weaken it. For me old dog not being able to bathe is new.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontualissimos pra fechar não gostei, falta mais compromisso com o cliente, sai mais cedo do trabalho por falta de tempo e ser a melhor opção em meu trajeto pra tentar comprar um remédio para meu cachorro e quando tentei falar com a atendente que estava no caixa simplesmente negou e baixou as portas, incrível pois no mundo corrido que vivemos hoje cliente e tudo, isso porque tinha ido no domingo pra comprar e não abrem mais aos domingos, se não precisam de clientes procuro outro lugar, obrigado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem precisa comprar apetrechos, comidas e alguns remédios p/ seu pet o local é bom. Na loja não tem veterinário, apenas produtos.
O ponto fraco, na minha opinião, é a localização. Pode ser boa p/ os humanos, mas p/ os animais acredito que não. É muito barulhento (porque fica na avenida) e movimentado. Os animais ficam - alguns - assustados.
For those who need to buy paraphernalia, food and some medicine for their pet, the place is good. There is no vet at the store, only products.
The weak point, in my opinion, is the location. It may be good for humans, but for animals I don't think so. It is very noisy (because it is on the avenue) and busy. The animals are - some - scared.
