★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só técnico de refrigeração e climatização comprei um compressor de geladeira tecumseh 1/5 no dia 15/01/22 nesse mesmo dia entrei em contato com a vendedora e informei que o compressor estava sem sucção e iria fazer a trocar pq já tinha comprado um outro compressor em uma loja devido ao horário de funcionamento da sga não tinha possibilidade de eu leva o compressor e trocar por outro no mesmo dia.
Mas hoje dia 21/01/22 levei o compressor e não deram assistência técnica só ligaram o compressor e ele funcionou normalmente Agora quero vê o funcionamento com gas ou seja compro compressor na sga da Embraco e outro materiais e quando precisamos de um suporte não faz nada. Infelizmente essa foi a minha última compra nessa loja. E fiquei no prejuízo de 390,00
Only a refrigeration and air conditioning technician I bought a tecumseh 1/5 refrigerator compressor on 01/15/22 that same day I contacted the seller and informed that the compressor was without suction and I was going to change it because I had already bought another one compressor in a store due to the opening hours of the sga there was no possibility for me to take the compressor and exchange it for another one on the same day.
But today, 01/21/22, I took the compressor and they didn't give technical assistance, they just turned on the compressor and it worked normally. nothing. Unfortunately this was my last purchase from this store. And I was at a loss of 390.00
