★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wasser, Strom und Internet funktioniert sehr oft nicht. Schwache Leistung für den preis. Warm Wasser war für über sechs Monate sehr eher rares Gut.
 Water, electricity and internet very often do not work. Poor performance for the price. Warm water was a rather rare commodity for more than six months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom atendimento para vender. Mas depois, esquece... faz 5 dias que tento falar com alguém(whats, e-mail, telefone, sinal de fumaça) sem sucesso. Quero pagar e não consigo, pois me enviam o boleto com valor errado(valor menor).
Very good service to sell. But then forget it... I've been trying to talk to someone for 5 days (whats, email, phone, smoke signal) without success. I want to pay and I can't, because they send me the ticket with the wrong amount (lower amount).

Conforto, praticidade, localização, custo beneficio, segurança, organização e atendimento satisfatório na hora de fechar o contrato com a equipe financeira. Mercadinho 24 h do lado da portaria. Acesso a ônibus na esquina, e metrô ao lado. O que alivia o coração de uma mãe que mora distante e quer sentir segura ao encaminhar os filhos para uma nova etapa da vida. Morar e estudar longe da sua cidade natal, rs. Pra mim foi um achado esta moradia. Obrigada por todo suporte. Estamos confiantes

Comfort, practicality, location, cost benefit, security, organization and satisfactory service when closing the contract with the financial team. 24-hour market next to the concierge. Bus access around the corner and subway next door. What relieves the heart of a mother who lives far away and wants to feel safe when sending her children to a new stage of life. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo lugar para viver, caso você não precise de coisas básicas, como energia e internet, a internet por exemplo na propaganda feita pelo SHARE é anunciada como internet de alta velocidade, mas na prática não carrega nem vídeo do YouTube, e os dias sem energia são memoráveis, para um lugar tão bem estruturado é lamentável que tenha problemas tão simples de serem resolvidos(considerando o tamanho da empresa)…
Meu maior problema mesmo é em relação a internet.
Com certeza o share vai ler essa mensagem, meu feedback construtivo é:
altera por gentileza lá no insta o post onde contém “internet de alta velocidade” para “internet grátis” por que aí vocês evitam de deixar mais um cliente frustrado…
Vim do nordeste pra cá achando que iria ver algo avançado, mas lá simplesmente nunca faltou água, nem energia e a internet era infinitamente superior…
Diferente da realidade atual…
A great place to live, if you don't need basic things like energy and internet, the internet for example in the advertisement made by SHARE is advertised as high speed internet, but in practice it doesn't even load YouTube videos, and the days without energy are memorable, for a place so well structured it is unfortunate that it has problems so simple to solve (considering the size of the company)…
My biggest problem is with the internet.
Surely share will read this message, my constructive feedback is:
kindly change the post on insta where it contains “high speed internet” to “free internet” because then you avoid leaving another customer frustrated…
I came here from the northeast thinking that I would see something advanced, but there simply never lacked water, nor energy and the internet was infinitely superior…
Unlike the current reality…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um lugar razoável para se morar caso não precise de água, energia e internet, prometem tudo e entregam nada.
Mas pelo menos dão cerveja de graça a cada 15 dias, então tudo fica resolvido pra eles.
Dias sem água e luz foram normais por muito tempo e a internet não consegue abrir qualquer arquivo que não seja o boleto da empresa.
Decepcionante pelo preço q é pago. Assim que meu contrato acabar com certeza irei pra outro lugar, por mais distante q seja do metrô.
