Deixei uma luminária Zetlight para verificar o pq de não estar ficando ligada. Já estava com medo do valor que ficaria para arrumar, já que foi algo que comprei com muito custo, porém usada, por se tratar de uma luminária cara.
E para a minha surpresa, me mandaram uma mensagem dizendo que era apenas a configuração, a luminária estava 100%. E nada foi cobrado!
Precisamos de mais profissionais assim, HONESTOS!

I left a Zetlight fixture to check why it’s not getting on. I was already afraid of the amount that would be left to fix, since it was something I bought very costly, but used, because it is an expensive lamp.
And to my surprise, they sent me a message saying it was just the configuration, the lamp was 100%. And nothing was charged!
We need more professionals like that, HONEST!
