★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que vou fazer um retira, as peças nunca estão separadas, pois sempre fico 1hora, 2 horas pras peças chegarem nas minhas mãos. Pois vocês precisam mudar esse esquema de retira, pois o cliente não tem obrigação nenhuma de ficar esperando tanto tempo assim.

Cheguei a buscar outro fornecedor, a Base Agrícola Jundiaí, aproveito e recomendo a todos que também foram mal (ou sequer) atendidos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha indignação vai para o sistema de retirar peças, você pede a peça no balcão, demora uma eternidade para chegar pra ver se está certo, e depois uma eternidade para sair a peça, você não fica menos de 40 minutos e a loja vazia, sempre foi ruim assim

Fico muitas vezes sem conseguir falar com algum vendedor por dois ou tres dias , não atendem o telefone fixo , tanbem não retornam as mensagens do zapp.muito ruim
