Há 14 dias comprei uma saia e hj fui para fazer a troca pois quando provei em casa nao gostei, a vendedora disse q tinha comprado a muito tempo, sendo que maioria dos lugares eles informam o prazo de troca na Sheila NUNCA me disseram nada, apenas hj pq quis trocar e falou q nem era obrigado a trocar.
Que pena, mal treinamento da funcionaria, sou vendendora e NUNCA vou perder um cliente por conta disso.SEMPRE FUI BEM TRATADA PELO DONO E VOLTEI A COMPRAR LA POR ELE POIS UMA FUNCIONARIA ANTIGA TRATAVA OS CLIENTES MAL.Mas pelo visto a mesma cena se repete por causa de uma troca.
Não indico para mais ninguem!!!!
First I want to leave here my dissatisfaction with the store, always buy and never needed to exchange anything. 14 days ago I bought a skirt and today I went to make the change because when I tasted at home I did not like it, the seller said she had bought a long time, and most places they inform the exchange deadline in Sheila NEVER told me anything, just Today I wanted to change and said that I was not even obliged to change.
Too bad, bad training of the staff, I'm a saleswoman and I will NEVER lose a customer because of it. I WAS ALWAYS HANDLED BY THE OWNER AND RETURNED IT FOR IT BECAUSE AN OLD OFFICIAL TREATED THE EVIL CUSTOMERS. But apparently the same scene is repeated because of an exchange.
I do not recommend to anyone else !!!!
