★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa de uma reforma, mas... O que tem dá para fazer um churrasco legal e se divertir um pouco com piscinas, balanços, parquinhos, campo de futebol, campo de vôlei. Ambiente arborizado, sossegado, espaçoso, banheiros limpos e em quantidade suficiente para todos os clientes. Falta apenas a acessibilidade. Fácil localização. Há estacionamento dentro da chácara. Perfeito também para casamentos, festas de aniversário, confraternizações, etc.
It needs a renovation, but... What's available you can have a nice barbecue and have some fun with swimming pools, swings, playgrounds, soccer field, volleyball field. Tree-lined environment, quiet, spacious, clean bathrooms and enough for all customers. Only accessibility is lacking. Easy location. There is parking inside the farm. Also perfect for weddings, birthday parties, get-togethers, etc.
