Há pessoas que vão para lá só para beber (não é difícil encontrar pessoas embriagadas ou consumindo bebidas em excesso a noite nesse local). Em dias de jogos ou apoio político, lá é o ponto onde acontece as aglomerações, bebedeiras e algazarra.
It has what you expect from a gas station and not. There are people who go there just to drink (it's not hard to find people drunk or drinking excessively at night in this place). On game days or political support, that's the point where the crowds, drunks, and racket happen.
