★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 11/10 às 13:42, eu parei o meu carro pra abastecer neste posto Shell. Pedi que o frentista colocasse $50 de gasolina no meu carro. Paguei em dinheiro, mas adivinhem só... O cara cobrou no meu Sem Parar e com ctz pegou a grana pra ele. Infelizmente não tenho comprovante, só a cobrança no meu sem parar. Detalhe, eu nunca abasteci via sem parar. Uma pena, os ladrões também vestem uniformes e tem carteiras assinadas.
On 10/11 at 13:42, I stopped my car to refuel at this Shell station. I asked the attendant to put $ 50 of gas in my car. I paid in cash, but guess what ... The guy charged my Sem Parar and with ctz got the money for him. Unfortunately I have no proof, just the collection on my nonstop. Detail, I never refueled via nonstop. Too bad, thieves also wear uniforms and have signed wallets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A unidade em questão desrespeita o consumidor quando divulga com boa visibilidade apenas o valor promocional do etanol dedicado às quarta-feiras.
O valor normal de mais de 5,00 não está divulgado com a mesma visibilidade e isso conduz o consumidor ao erro.
Parei para abastecer pois de longe avistei a oferta do etanol no valor de 4,59 e como tenho costume desci do carro para acompanhar, quando visualizei o preço na bomba em 5,09 e ao questionar com o frentista sobre a divulgação do preço real, o mesmo apontou para o fundo do posto (lugar de pouco visualização).
Peço providência para a administração do local para que respeitem o consumidor.
É necessário a correção com brevidade.
Peço que divulguem o valor real do etanol no mesmo local junto ao preço promocional.
The unit in question disrespects the consumer when it discloses with good visibility only the promotional value of ethanol dedicated to Wednesdays.
The normal value of more than 5.00 is not disclosed with the same visibility and this leads the consumer to error.
I stopped to fill up because from afar I saw the offer of ethanol worth 4.59 and as I usually got out of the car to follow, when I saw the price at the pump at 5.09 and when questioning the gas station attendant about the disclosure of the real price, the same pointed to the back of the post (place of little visualization).
I ask for action for the administration of the place to respect the consumer.
Correction is required shortly.
I ask you to disclose the real value of ethanol in the same place along with the promotional price.
