★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser dentro do shopping, ao entrar no Spa você realmente percebe uma mudança no ambiente. O time é muito bom, a massagista foi ótima e bem preocupada com a qualidade do serviço e o atendimento da recepção também foi ótimo. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi ótima no momento em que contratei o serviço e foi péssima no decorrer do serviço. Contratei um pacote de 10 sessões entrou a pandemia os serviços foram suspensos e resumindo deixaram de fazer 2 sessões informando que meu contrato venceu sendo que eles mesmo que fazem o agendamento. Não recomendo se tiverem interesse neste procedimento procurem outro lugar para evitar decepção já que o investimento não e barato. Me arrependo profundamente em contratar os serviços deles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível, antes da pandemia fechei um contrato e paguei, no contrato tinha uma cláusula de quebra se não fizesse o procedimento em 2 meses...
Eu fechei o contrato uma semana antes de estourar a pandemia em 2 anos conversei diversas vezes e não me passaram sobre como ficaria com a pandemia. Me enrolaram e não marcavam o retorno quando exigi o dinheiro e quando eu entrei em contato para saber do meu contrato me informaram que tinha acabado a validade e o dinheiro absorvido pela empresa.

I closed the contract a week before the pandemic broke out in 2 years I talked several times and they didn't tell me how I would be with the pandemic. They tricked me and didn't book the return when I demanded the money and when I contacted them to find out about my contract they informed me that the validity had expired and the money had been absorbed by the company.

Super professional space from start to finish. The girls are very thoughtful and friendly from the first contact.
