★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable, nicely appointed and well-lit dining area. Nice chairs and booths. Service is fast and servers are very friendly. Well-assorted all-you-can-eat menu. Food is very well made - both hot and cold dishes. Sashimi is cut thin, and nicely presented. Rolls and niguiris are also assorted and very well made. Prices are very reasonable. Limited parking available on site - free - as well as valet service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a huge step up from the previous place (their prices got a bump too), but the whole place got a makeover now, the food is better than it's ever been since the overhaul and the ambient is now quiet, very cozy, not too bright but also not too dark, and the interior decor is now simply amazing. Also it's never crowded, and they do offer vallet parking.
The service here is top notch. It's been a long time since I've v been served this well in a restaurant, everyone is very welcoming, and the waiters are quick to attend you.
The food is also prepared very quickly, considering the complexity of the Japanese cusine.
Overall, the place has been reshaped to become one of the best Japanese restaurants in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it is hard today to go back and take a dinner in the same place in the same week, so it is happened with me by going to Shinki Sushi, Im very demanding about fresh foods restaurants, because some cases the food was not fresh, but it not that case. Shinki provide very good made sushi food and fresh products, so you pick the food made some minutes before, so that make difference.Price is ok and atmosphere and cleaning very good. Just go and enjoy good food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed (as google rating was very high). I took the "complete package", and it was a mistake, I should have picked individual items from the menu. First of all, if you are a real Japanese restaurant, use premium reusable chopsticks. Also, the plateau was wrapped in plastic foil: I understand that you don't like to wash dishes, but it does not look good for the client. For the food, the giozas were tasteless and werent baked but deep fried. 1/3 of the sashimis were not fully de-frosted, the sushis looked and tasted pre-made and wrapped in advance (it always better when freshly made), and the gratted carrots did not taste good (also, likely a huge food waste as nobody around me ate them).
Waiters were nice and courteous. Service was fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn't a cuisine that I enjoy as much as Japanese food and I have had the opportunity to try it all over the world. Based on that I have to say that the cost and choices of Japanese food in Belo Horizonte are lacking tremendously, This restaurant gives the client some choices but still very disappointing in relation to the quality and price however, it was the best choice I did experience so far.
