Realizei um pedido e a vendedora informou que um prazo para a entrega.
Apos realizar o pagamento por meio de transferência (TED) e envio do comprovante de pagamento, a empresária se recusou a iniciar a produção, não cumprindo assim com o prazo da vendedora havia passado. Resumindo Fiquei sem o Produto fui obrigado a Solicitar o reenbolso do valor pago.

Na quinta-feira, faltando 2 dias pro evento (fiz o pedido na terça), disseram que nao conseguiriam me atender. Profissionalismo e planejamento passam longe!
