A dona da loja e as vendedoras se recusaram em me entregar um voucher no valor do vestido para que eu não saísse no prejuízo e me fizeram levar um vestido no qual eu estava insatisfeita. NÃO COMPREM! EXISTEM LOJAS MUITO MELHORES, DE MAIS QUALIDADE, COM VENDEDORAS/DONAS MUITO MAIS FLEXÍVEIS E JUSTAS EM JOÃO PESSOA!!! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA
I ordered a tulle dress at the store, after the dress arrived, it didn't look pretty in the color I ordered. The store owner and salesgirls refused to give me a voucher for the value of the dress so I wouldn't lose out and made me take a dress I was dissatisfied with. DO NOT BUY! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER, MORE QUALITY STORES WITH MUCH MORE FLEXIBLE AND FAIR SELLERS/OWNERS IN JOÃO PESSOA!!! BAD EXPERIENCE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são lindas e de muito bom gosto, porém o atendimento é péssimo e por esse motivo desencantei com a loja!!! Entrei disposta à comprar muitas peças de roupa, mas acho que as vendedoras "escolhem" quem querem atender bem. Lastimável.
The pieces are beautiful and very tasteful, but the service is terrible and for that reason I was disenchanted with the store!!! I went in willing to buy many pieces of clothing, but I think the salesgirls "choose" who they want to serve well. pitiful.
