Edit: Vi a reclamação de outra cliente aqui em baixo pelo mesmo motivo e verifiquei no Instagram que as postagens de stories estão acontecendo normalmente, sem informar recesso de Carnaval.
I bought the slipper with you guys, the deadline to get ready is over. I've been trying to contact whatsapp for 2 weeks with no response (even though it's online), to know if I can get it. Call also doesn't answer. Could you verify? ORDER No. 8592
Edit: I saw another customer's complaint down here for the same reason and I checked on Instagram that the stories posts are happening normally, without informing Carnival recess.
