Só teve 1 pedido que fiz que não atenderam o detalhe solicitado, mas o resultado ficou bom. Acredito que quem anota os pedidos não é quem faz a moldura, então se tiverem algum pedido específico, deixem por escrito a orientação.
Entregaram no prazo e a retirada foi incrivelmente rápida.

I only had 1 request that did not meet the requested detail, but the result was good. I believe that the person taking the orders is not the framer, so if you have a specific order, please leave the guidance in writing.
They delivered on time and the pickup was incredibly fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só dei uma estrela pq não tem como não colocar nenhuma. Péssimo atendimento..quer dizer nem ao menos fui atendida .colocam um número de WhatsApp para atendimento e simplesmente ignorarm as mensagens.
Mandei msg fazendo uma pergunta ..vejo a loja online e simplesmente nem respondem..podem ficar sossegados que não irei nunca mias procurar a loja e muito menos indicar..só um conselho não ignorem clientes..vcs dependem deles.
I only gave one star because I can't put none. Bad service.. I mean, I wasn't even answered. They put a WhatsApp number for service and simply ignore the messages.
I sent a message asking a question ..I see the online store and they simply do not respond..you can rest assured that I will never look for the store again, let alone indicate..just a piece of advice don't ignore customers..you depend on them.
