 Worst shopping experience possible. They don't fulfill the agreement, they don't carry out the broker service they charged, they don't answer the call, they ignore the customer, they aren't responsible for anything... simply the worst purchase I've ever made in my life.

Store without a minimum of professionalism, they charge for a courier service that they don't do, spend months to deliver the gun, don't answer the phone, don't provide customer satisfaction. total trap

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não compre aqui, a parte de despachante/documentos é absurdamente ruim, parece que estão te fazendo favor, mesmo vc pagando o valor de mercado, o descaso é impressionante, não indico a ninguém !!!!
Don't buy here, the dispatcher/documents part is absurdly bad, it seems they're doing you a favor, even though you're paying the market value, the negligence is impressive, I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

Minha autorização saiu a 3 meses meu prazo acaba amanhã e eles não tem meu armamento para entregar..
Meu processo de cac parado. Muito aborrecido!vim de lá agora .. me sentindo enganado . Não tem o armamento que eu paguei.
It's been awful so far. I've been waiting for a year, and nothing has already paid for everything and I haven't received anything... My authorization came out because I personally went to the federal government to take the necessary documents... My authorization left 3 months ago, my deadline ends tomorrow and they don't have my weapons to deliver..
My cac process stopped. Very upset! I came from there now .. feeling cheated . It doesn't have the weapons I paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de estelionatarios!!! Fujam correndo daí!!! Me enrolaram mais de 1 ano, nem PF e nem Sigma, deram entrada, saiu a autorizacao de compra e deixaram vencer de propósito sem sequer me avisar!!!! Centenas de processos e registros de ocorrência!!!!
Shop for swindlers!!! Run away from there!!! I got stuck for more than 1 year, neither PF nor Sigma, they gave entry, the purchase authorization came out and they let it expire on purpose without even letting me know!!!! Hundreds of processes and occurrence records!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima empresa, paguei, o armamento a vista 5.900,00 com validade de 75 dias para vencer a autorização da PF. mesmo assim não emitiram a nota fiscal e venceu o meu processo. empresa de fundo de quintal. agora terei que ir a justiça para rever meu dinheiro e devidas indenizações cabiveis.
bad company, I paid 5,900.00 for the armament at sight, valid for 75 days to expire the PF's authorization. even so, they didn't issue the invoice and my process won. backyard company. now I will have to go to court to review my money and due compensation.
