★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe acabou de sair da loja e foi extremamente mal tratada. Foi insinuado que ela ñ tinha capacidade de comprar. O vendedor foi indelicado e insensível. Ela estava fazendo uma consulta para mim. Acabamos de perder 2 pessoas na família, meu esposo e 1 semana depois meu pai, estamos reformando toda a casa para ficarmos juntos como estamos viúvas, e o mesmo não acreditou que ela só foi avaliar mais como os móveis são para meus filhos, a decisão final é minha. Deixo minha indignação e repúdio à atitude do vendedor. Espero que a loja avalie melhor seus funcionários.
My mother just left the store and was extremely badly treated. It was insinuated that she was unable to buy. The seller was impolite and insensitive. She was making an appointment for me. We just lost 2 people in the family, my husband and 1 week later my father, we are renovating the whole house to be together as we are widows, and he did not believe that she only went to evaluate more how the furniture is for my children, the decision end is mine. I leave my indignation and repudiation to the seller's attitude. I hope the store better evaluates its employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu falei pra minha mãe ir ai ver os preços de sofas e alguma atendente tratou ela meio mal e depois um cara que continuou atendendo ela falou que tinha sim a cor que ela queria.. mas tipo, ela é uma senhora, ela não gostou de como foi tratada e foi embora.. e ela tava com o dinheiro. O trabalho das atendentes ai não é mostrar os produtos e os preços? ou varia de acordo com a aparência dos clientes?
I told my mother to go there and check the prices of sofas and some attendant treated her a little badly and then a guy who continued to serve her said that it had the color she wanted.. but like, she is a lady, she didn't like how she was treated and left.. and she had the money. Isn't the job of the attendants there to show the products and prices? or does it vary according to the appearance of the customers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de modo geral, tanto por parte dos vendedores como dos responsáveis por esse estabelecimento é resumidamente péssimo. São excelente atores, tratam uma coisa e na hora de fechar a compra, tentam engabelar os clientes com condições que não foram combinadas. Uma observação interessante é os bonitões donos do estabelecimento (SEM MÁSCARAS), em plena pandemia! Tanta prepotência dos taizinhos donos dessa loja, vão levá-los do nada a lugar nenhum.
The service in general, both from the sellers and those responsible for this establishment is summarily terrible. They are excellent actors, they deal with one thing and when it comes to closing the purchase, they try to trick customers with conditions that were not agreed upon. An interesting observation is the handsome owners of the establishment (NO MASKS), in the middle of a pandemic! So much arrogance from the taizinhos owners of this store, they will take them from nowhere to nowhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, uma bagunça, fazem uma venda sem ter o produto no estoque e verificar se a fabrica iria entregar outro, sempre tentando empurrar um móvel mais caro do que o desejado!! Tive uma péssima experiência o único ponto positivo é que me estornaram o valor na hora! De resto é lamentável, esperava mais de uma loja que vejo há muito tempo aqui na região, não recomendo pra ninguém!
Service leaves a lot to be desired, a mess, they make a sale without having the product in stock and check if the factory would deliver another one, always trying to push a more expensive piece of furniture than desired!! I had a bad experience, the only positive point is that they refunded the amount on time! Otherwise it's unfortunate, I expected more from a store I've seen for a long time here in the region, I don't recommend it to anyone!

Recomendo e voltaremos em breve para terminar de mobiliar nosso apartamento.
Único ponto negativo foi que o montador sujou a parede com as mãos sujas.
My fiancee and I were very well attended from the seller to the moment of making the payment.
Highly recommend and we will be back soon to finish furnishing our apartment.
Only downside was that the assembler got the wall dirty with his dirty hands.
