Quando inaugurado, abrigará atividades de comércio e serviços mais populares, uma vez que receberá os camelôs que ocupavam a Praça Tiradentes e de outros locais da cidade. O Shopping da Cidade já está em funcionamento. São cerca de 150 boxs, de forma que serão pelo menos 150 pequenas empresas de diversos ramos do comércio, funcionando no mesmo espaço.
 Shopping da Cidade is still in the finishing stage.
