★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enroladíssimos! Deixei meu notebook durante a garantia, após um reparo, e tive que ligar diversas vezes para obter um retorno. Após quase um mês, apenas, me foi repassado que estaria pronto. Fui buscar o notebook e não consegui retornar com ele! Me foi prometido que seria entregue em casa. Já se passaram mais de 24 horas e nada!!!!
 Very curled up! I left my notebook under warranty after a repair and had to call several times to get a return. After almost a month, I was told that it would be ready. I went to get the notebook and could not return with it! I was promised it would be delivered at home. It's been over 24 hours and nothing !!!!

Super recomendo o shopping do notebook ele realmente ajetam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal é até gente boa, mas algumas vezes falta mais seriedade. Única reclamação é com relação a palavra. Varias vezes prometeram me ligar, dar uma posição e nunca cumpriram a palavra, tbm visualizam a mensagens e não respondem. Infelizmente isso compromete totalmente pois é uma falta de respeito.
People are even good people, but sometimes more seriousness is lacking. Only complaint is about the word. Several times they promised to call me, give me a position and never kept their word, they also view messages and don't respond. Unfortunately this totally compromises as it is a lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até o local em um horário comercial. Fui totalmente ignorado e não fui sequer recepcionado. Fiquei na porta por vários minutos, tentei contato por telefone e somente tive resposta via WhatsApp após desistir e abandonar o local.
I went to the place during business hours. I was totally ignored and not even welcomed. I stayed at the door for several minutes, tried to contact by phone and only got a response via WhatsApp after giving up and leaving the place.
