dia 21.10.2021, minha filha levou o cachorrinho dela porque estava chorando com muita dor, ela foi atendida super mal, nao deram atendimento correto, pediu para ela fazer um ultrasson e depois voltar porque assim eles nao podiam fazer nada.
so que de tanto minha filha falar deram soro e nem raspou um pouco o pelo para poder achar a veia dele.
nao deram atençao direito conclusao meu cachorro acabou morrendo de madrugada. por negrigencia da medica que atendeu.
cuidado com os bichinhos de voces para nao acontecer o mesmo que aconteu com o meu cachorrinho.
estou muito chateada com essa medica.

Precisei dos serviços de veterinário uma vez, o atendimento em si foi bom, só teve uma demora pra poder nos passar os resultados dos exames do nosso gatinho e não foi conclusivo o diagnóstico.

Nunca faltaram com educação, mas isso é o mínimo de qq relação humana, qq se trata de negócios e clientes. Atender bem é uma premissa para o cliente voltar... ex. vc ligar e eles não puder atender, pedem pra vc ligar depois, eu aprendi em cursinho de auxiliar de escritório há 30 anos atrás, q nesse situação vale vc pegar o telefone do cliente e retornar, mas lá não funciona assim rss

They never lacked politeness, but that's the least of any human relationship, when it comes to business and customers. Serving well is a premise for the customer to come back... ex. you call and they can't answer, they ask you to call later, I learned in an office assistant course 30 years ago, that in this situation it's worth picking up the customer's phone and returning, but it doesn't work like that rss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei a semana passada para levar duas gatas para tosa e banho, confirmei com a atendente de lá se o banho dos gatos é separado dos cães (ato padrão em pet shop) ela afirmou que sim, no entanto quando fomos ao pet novamente além de um mau atendimento impressionante, uma falta de cuidado foi nos informado que teria pelo menos 10 cães na nossa frente para dar banho, ou seja... Marquei horário, perdi o dia perdi dinheiro fomos atendidos pela dona do pet shop gritando com a gente no meio da loja em frente aos clientes, fez o maior show... Se o atendimento é assim imagine o cuidado com os animais, nunca mais volto lá, e pelo que li nos comentários uma galera também já passou pelo que eu passei!
Péssimo serviço... Só pensam no dinheiro... Qualidade zero!

I made an appointment, I lost the day I lost money we were attended by the owner of the pet shop yelling at us in the middle from the store in front of the customers, he put on the biggest show... If the service is like that, imagine the care for the animals, I will never go back there, and from what I read in the comments, a bunch of people have also been through what I went through!
Bad service... They only think about the money... Zero quality!
