Havíamos pesquisado na internet de que esses queijos estavam à venda num local chamado Shopping Rural em Registro. Ficamos esperando um shopping center tal como entendemos por um shopping, mas o que nos surpreendeu foi que se tratava de uma loja de produtos relacionados aos animais em geral. Já meio que indo embora, arriscamos perguntar pelos queijos e eles estavam lá, com outro nome. Segundo o funcionário, a fábrica agora havia mudado de nome de Santa Helena para Vero Latte Ind. e Com de Laticínios. Não sei se a informação procede, mas ficamos aliviados em saber que estávamos no local certo. Um tanto desconfiados, só compramos uma burrata. Em casa, quando abrimos e experimentamos, arrependemos de não termos trazido mais. É uma cremosidade sem igual, textura aveludada e sem sal.
We went behind buffalo cheeses from Fazenda Santa Helena in Jacupiranga, SP interior. We had researched the internet that these cheeses were for sale at a place called Rural Shopping in Registro. We were waiting for a shopping mall as we understood it to be a mall, but what surprised us was that it was an animal-related product store in general.
