â â â â â PĂŠssima! Venderam produto q existia em estoque e q na verdade nem hacha sido fabricado! Demora ao extremo na entrega, falta de compromisso com o cliente, nem uma satisfação pelo atraso, depois de tanto cobrar, entregaram pela metade e hoje depois de mais 20 dias da compra ainda nĂŁo recebi TD mercadoria! NĂŁo indico!
 Terrible! They sold product q existed in stock and q actually hasn't even been manufactured! It takes to the extreme in the delivery, lack of commitment to the customer, not even a satisfaction for the delay, after so much charging, they delivered in half and today, after another 20 days of purchase, I still haven't received TD merchandise! I don't indicate!

â â â â â PĂŠssimo atendimento, na verdade sem atendimento ficamos na base de 40 mim dentro da loja e nenhum funcionĂĄrio vĂŠi nos oferecer ajuda e muitos deles atoa conversando entre eles. Nunca mais voltou parece que estamos implorando p comprar.
Terrible service, in fact unattended we stayed at the base of 40 myself inside the store and no employee comes to offer us help and many of them are still talking to each other. Never came back it seems we are begging to buy.

â â â â â Atendimento telefĂ´nico horrĂvel, liguei diversas vezes sĂł para perguntar o preço de dois produtos e nem sequer consegui falar no setor de vendas. Se o setor de vendas nĂŁo esta funcionando isso ĂŠ sinal que as coisas nĂŁo vĂŁo bem, se continuar assim vai falir. Sugiro ao dono da empresa que faça um teste e ligue ele mesmo para sua empresa e veja como ĂŠ o atendimento.
Horrible phone call, I called several times just to ask the price of two products and could not even speak in the sales sector. If the sales department is not working this is a sign that things are not going well, if it continues this way will fail. â â â â â Vendem sem ter estoque e nĂŁo cumprem o prazo de entrega. O vendedor nĂŁo ĂŠ atuante no pĂłs-venda, evita atender o telefone e responder mensagens. Comprei as telhas, paguei pelo material e o frete, prometeram em documento entregar 12/07/2021 e atĂŠ hoje 29/07/2021 nem fabricaram a telha. Pra vender ĂŠ uma beleza, pra prestar o pĂłs-venda nĂŁo querem nem saber. NĂŁo recomendo!!!
They sell out of stock and do not meet the delivery deadline. The seller is not active in after-sales, he avoids answering the phone and answering messages. I bought the tiles, paid for the material and shipping, they promised in a document to deliver 07/12/2021 and to date 07/29/2021 have not even manufactured the tile.
