Tinha levado em consideração para a reserva as fotografias e os comentários do vendedor. Hoje, sábado, 14/8, recebi uma ligação telefônica onde me pediram a confirmação da reserva, e assim a fiz. Confirmei que terça-feira, 17/8, estaria em Lavras para fechar o negócio. Horas mais tarde, liguei ao Sr. Fernando para agradecer pelo trato, mas recebi a notícia que o carro tinha sido vendido. Lamentável! Eu já até tinha reservado um carro alugado para ir buscar o HB20s em Lavras, pois moro em São Paulo. O pior é que se eu não ligasse, iria até Lavras em vão. Em nenhum momento da negociação foi-me solicitado um valor a título de caução. Cuidado com esta loja pois não respeita o consumidor.
Store does not deliver what it promises. I made a reservation for the purchase of an HB20s car by phone with Mr. Fernando. I had taken the seller's photos and comments into account for the booking. Today, Saturday, 8/14, I received a phone call where they asked me to confirm the reservation, and so I did. I confirmed that Tuesday, 8/17, I would be in Lavras to close the deal. Hours later, I called Mr. Fernando to thank him for the deal, but I got the news that the car had been sold. Unfortunate! I had already booked a rental car to pick up the HB20s in Lavras, as I live in São Paulo. The worst thing is that if I didn't call, I would go to Lavras in vain. At no time during the negotiation was I asked for an amount as collateral. Beware of this store as it does not respect the consumer.
