★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de não ser um especialista em moda feminina, ao conhecer a loja fazendo companhia a minha esposa pude perceber que, apesar do movimento, as funcionárias se esforçam para bem atender os clientes. Há uma grande variedade para artigos de moda feminina e acessórios. O preço é um pouco elevado.

Hoje minha namorada foi fazer a troca de um presente que a fiz. No momento da troca a atendente rapidamente afirmou que a blusa não poderia ser trocada por ter sido comprada na liquidação. Acontece que o produto foi comprado a preço cheio, justamente para que pudessem fazer a troca, então voltei à loja acompanhando minha namorada. Dessa vez, a mesma atendente, ao consultar o preço, disse que a troca poderia ser feita e que o valor disponível para troca era 239 reais, 20% inferior ao que havia sido pago. Insisti para consultarem a venda pelo CPF, até que cederam e reconheceram o valor cheio do produto. Finalmente, fomos atendidos com muita má vontade, mas pelo menos conseguimos fazer a troca :) Agora, eu me pergunto, e se eu tivesse feito a compra para um terceiro que não tivesse a mesma intimidade como para me consultar quanto ao preço? A pessoa teria sido negada a troca no primeiro contato com a loja.
No caixa a experiência também foi ruim, mas paciência. Ao que parece, o atendimento claramente não é um cuidado que a loja se preocupa em ter e dificilmente voltarei a comprar na Shoulder.
Caso o gerente tenha interesse, a atendente se chamava Jaque e tudo isso se passou no final da tarde do dia 27 de dezembro de 2017, no Barra Shopping.
Lack of respect for consumer rights and poor service.
Today my girlfriend went to exchange a gift that I did. At the time of the exchange, the attendant quickly stated that the blouse could not be exchanged for having been purchased at the sale. It turns out that the product was purchased at full price, just so they could make the exchange, so I went back to the store with my girlfriend. This time, the same attendant, when consulting the price, said that the exchange could be made and that the amount available for exchange was 239 reais, 20% less than what had been paid. I insisted to consult the sale by CPF, until they gave in and recognized the full value of the product. Finally, we were attended to with a lot of grudge, but at least we managed to make the exchange :) Now, I wonder, what if I had made the purchase for a third party who was not as familiar as asking me about the price? The person would have been denied the exchange on first contact with the store.
At the checkout the experience was also bad, but patience. Apparently, the service is clearly not a care that the store is concerned with and I will hardly ever buy again at Shoulder.
In case the manager is interested, the attendant was called Jaque and all this happened in the late afternoon of December 27, 2017, at Barra Shopping.
