★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia, tentei comprar pelo ifood uma vez e infelizmente atrasaram mais de uma hora o meu pedido que inclusive ainda não chegou, tento contato por mensagem e telefone porem, sem sucesso algum. Total falta de desrespeito com o consumidor. Se estiverem querendo comer algo em casa e cogitarem em pedir nesse estabelecimento, não peçam, ou agendem a entrega, quem sabe com um dia de antecedência o estabelecimento possa se programar e cumprir com o horário de entrega.
Bad experience, I tried to buy through ifood once and unfortunately my order was delayed more than an hour, which hasn't even arrived yet, I try to contact by message and phone, but without any success. Total lack of disrespect for the consumer. If you are looking to eat something at home and consider ordering at this establishment, do not ask, or schedule delivery, perhaps one day in advance the establishment can schedule and comply with the delivery schedule.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida ok, no Yakisoba especial pouco camarão quase nada, no carne com batata imperial pouca carne, mas o pior de tudo é a espera, 2horas e 30 minutos para chegar!
Food ok, in Yakisoba special little shrimp almost nothing, in meat with imperial potato little meat, but the worst of all is the wait, 2 hours and 30 minutes to arrive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Eu pedi um yakissoba misto na última sexta pelo Ifood, ele veio com pedaços de frango crus, praticamente só tinha repolho e carne com gosto duvidoso. Mandei mensagem no chat reclamando e não tive retorno, então avaliei por lá mesmo e dei nota baixa. A resposta deles além de ser debochada foi mentirosa pq eu não usei cupom, não pedi brinde nenhum e o preço pago foi 25,99. Liguei no telefone para reclamar um tal gerente ( acho que Edir o nome) disse que não era com ele e sim com quem respondia e a princípio o QUE ELE PODERIA FAZER ela falar com a pessoa... PASMEM...fiquei super alterada, aí depois veio com uma conversinha de que o Ifood não era bom e por último perguntou se eu queria outro yakissoba,com mal vontade. GENTE ASSIM.NA BOA NUNCA FUI TÃO MAL TRATADA, não comprem nesse lugar

Terrible! I ordered a mixed yakissoba last Friday through Ifood, it came with raw chicken pieces, practically only cabbage and meat with fishy taste. I sent a message on the chat complaining and had no return, so I evaluated it there and gave it a low grade. Their answer, in addition to being mocking, was a lie because I didn't use a coupon, didn't ask for any freebies and the price paid was 25.99. I called on the phone to complain to such a manager (I think Edir the name) said that it was not with him, but with whoever answered and at first WHAT HE COULD DO she talk to the person... AMAZING... I was super upset, then he came up with a little talk that Ifood was not good and finally asked if I wanted another yakissoba, with a bad mood. PEOPLE LIKE THAT.NA GOOD I'VE NEVER BEEN SO EVIL TREATED, don't buy in this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava aguado para comer comida chinesa e não posso dizer que estou contente com a refeição. O arroz estava cru, com cara de parboilizado mas não é...a cebola estava dura de tão crua e tudo sem sabor, insosso. A carne com legumes infelizmente não estava melhor, o molho não tinha gosto de comida chinesa, parece que usaram maisena para engrossar o caldo, mas usaram demais. A carne em si estava com uma placa de "procura-se".
Peço desculpas pela minha sinceridade, não estou querendo pixar mas se pudesse dar um conselho para melhorar a comida, este seria: TROQUE O COZINHEIRO".
I was looking forward to eating Chinese food and I can't say I'm happy with the meal. The rice was raw, with a parboiled face but it's not... the onion was so raw and all tasteless, bland. The meat with vegetables was unfortunately not better, the sauce didn't taste like Chinese food, it looks like they used cornstarch to thicken the broth, but they used too much. The meat itself had a "wanted" sign.
I apologize for my sincerity, I don't mean to pixar but if I could give you one piece of advice to improve the food, it would be: CHANGE THE COOK".

Fiz um pedido hoje pelo IFood e, depois que passaram os 50 e tantos minutos do prazo de entrega e apareceu no status que o entregador estava no local p/retirar, cancelaram. Poxa, cancelar depois de quase uma hora?? Devolveram o Pix, mas entendo que o ressarcimento deveria incluir os danos que sofri. Eu estava com visitas e passei vergonha. Meu consolo é que esse tipo de estabelecimento não sobrevive!
P.S.: resposta babaca e pouco profissional. Fala em religião e em qualquer outra coisa, menos sobre o que tem de falar. Não é à toa a tonelada de comentários negativos. Só desavisados, como eu estava, recorrem a esse restaurante. Ainda bem que há centenas de outros comércios mais responsáveis e profissionais.
Very irresponsible people restaurant. I placed an order today through IFood and, after the 50-odd minutes of delivery time had passed, and it appeared in the status that the delivery man was at the place to pick up, they canceled. Damn, cancel after almost an hour?? They returned the Pix, but I understand that the compensation should include the damage I suffered. I had visitors and I was embarrassed. My consolation is that this type of establishment does not survive!
P.S.: stupid and unprofessional answer. He talks about religion and anything else but what he has to talk about. No wonder the ton of negative comments. Only unsuspecting people, as I was, resort to this restaurant. Good thing there are hundreds of other more responsible and professional businesses.
