Tive problemas com um produto que adquiri, a empresa entrou em contato comigo e prontamente se disponibilizou a substituir a cadeira. Aparentemente foi algum problema pontual. O atendimento foi excelente, tratei com o Wagner e o mesmo foi extremamente solícito e educado.
No mais, a cadeira já está a caminho e estou satisfeita com o atendimento realizado.
Retificando a avaliação anterior: recomendo a loja.

O site é um pouco confuso e sinto que falta informações adicionais nele para que o cliente possa acompanhar tranquilamente a sua compra. Em contrapartida tive um atendimento excelente que sinceramente dou 10 estrelas :) a assistência da Bianca por WhatsApp foi essencial para me deixar tranquila quanto as dificuldades que tive com o site.

Na entrega, a longarina precisava de um ajuste que eles fizeram rapidinho e me trouxeram ela perfeita.
Atendimento e qualidade dos produtos TOP. Super recomendo e farei mais móveis e cadeiras com eles com certeza.
I bought some model desk chairs and another stringer. I was very well attended, they even answered me outside business hours, being always very friendly and helpful.
Upon delivery, the stringer needed an adjustment, which they made quickly and brought it to me perfect.
Service and quality of TOP products. I highly recommend it and I will make more furniture and chairs with them for sure.
