★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima muito chateada. Hoje eu fui até a loja no período da manhã para comprar as peças de ponta de estoque e a moça disse que seria a partir das 13:00. E o que me deixa muito decepcionado é que eu perguntei se tinha horário para varejo e me respondeu que não. Sabe eu acho um descaso pois saiu aqui de mongagua todos os anos para comprar nessa loja porque gosto das roupas. Mas infelizmente foi feita de boba. É que o meu dinheiro não é importante pra loja. Realmente muito desagradável vc chegar e não conseguir comprar nada por erro de alguém
Terrible very upset. Today I went to the store in the mornings to buy the high end pieces of stock and the girl said it would be from 13:00. And what makes me very disappointed is that I asked if I had retail time and told me no. You know, I think it's a neglect because I left here every year to buy in this store because I like the clothes. But unfortunately it was made of silly. It's just that my money is not important to the store. Really very unpleasant you arrive and can't buy anything by mistake from someone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso total com o cliente, simplesmente disseram que não iriam mais vender pra nossa loja pelo fato de que alguém da região da baixada santista já estava vendendo as peças da marca, a baixada é quase um país! Não da pra entender ....só faltou nos avisar sobre isso antes de colocar em prática essa regra, saímos de longe pra chegar lá e não conseguir levar as encomendas das nossas clientes.
Absurdo!
Total disregard for the customer, they simply said that they would no longer sell to our store because someone from the Baixada Santista region was already selling the brand's items, the Baixada is almost a country! You can't understand ....the only thing missing is to let us know about it before putting this rule into practice, we went a long way to get there and not be able to take orders from our customers.
Absurd!
