★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professores de natação e academia sao ótimos, os aparelhos da academia sao antigos, desatualizados e com poucos recursos, nao recomendo para quem quer musculação. Outro problema é o descaso com os dias que eles resolvem fechar a academia, no final do ano fecham 15 dias sem direito a repor aula, carnaval fecham 4 dias, ou seja para quem quer manter o ritmo de treino sai prejudicado. E nao tem conversa, o dono decide e pronto!!!
 Swimming and gym teachers are great, the equipment of the gym is old, outdated and with few resources, do not recommend for anyone who wants bodybuilding. Another problem is the neglect with the days that they decide to close the gym, at the end of the year they close 15 days without the right to reinstate the class, the carnival closes 4 days, that is to those who want to keep the training rhythm is impaired. And there is no conversation, the owner decides and it's done !!!

Showa is an amazing gym! I do swimming, my kids do too, and I've always recommended it to everyone. The teachers are great, the infrastructure is good and all the staff are caring and helpful. It is worth it!

Já treinei muito tempo lá. Agora estou voltando,a pandemia terminando da para praticar natação.
Essa escola Showa é muito criteriosa da para ter atividade física sem preocupação .
