Good products, but sales policy breaks. If you want to buy the cash, the sellers will create it if they take too long to take an order. Bad trading. Disregard. Review the commercial police. Train your sales team. They need it!

Comprei os móveis pro salão, a vista...pediram 50% de entrada para produção e outros 50% seria na entrega com data estipulada por eles, eu já contando com imprevisto, agendei uma data tranquila para reabertura do salão, a empresa me ligou que só iria me entregar( com data atrasada já ) se eu fizesse os 50% restante, assim o fiz... assim que eles receberam o dinheiro na conta, me informaram que não seria possível a entrega. Além de descapitalizar meu patrimônio pra pagar a vista, eles me deram prejuízo de não poder faturar porque enganam o clientes. Não recebi meu dinheiro de volta e nem os móveis até o momento

I bought the furniture for the salon, the view ... they asked for 50% of input for production and another 50% would be on delivery with a date stipulated by them, I already counting on unforeseen circumstances, I scheduled a quiet date for the reopening of the salon, the company called me that it would only deliver to me (with a delayed date already) if I did the remaining 50%, so I did ... as soon as they received the money in the account, they informed me that delivery would not be possible. In addition to decapitalizing my assets to pay the cash, they gave me a loss of not being able to bill because they deceive customers. I haven't received my money back nor the furniture so far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sendo péssima fiz uma compra no dia 06/02/21 com data prevista de entrega para dia 26/02/21 pois e vendedor me disse que eram vinte dias para entrega ,isso não aconteceu,liguei novamente me disse que seria entregue na terça feira dia 02/03/21 e hj já e dia 03/03 já liguei e ainda não recebi os móveis,será que só entregam direito qdo e salão de famoso??
It is being terrible I made a purchase on 02/06/21 with the expected delivery date for 02/26/21 because the seller told me it was twenty days for delivery, it did not happen, I called again and said it would be delivered on Tuesday fair 03/02/21 and today and 03/03 I have already called and have not received the furniture yet, will they only deliver right to the famous salon? ?
