★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das quatro cotações que fiz, essa foi a que ficou mais em conta, vendedor Clécio super atencioso; meu portão foi instalado antes do prazo estipulado, material igual ao das outras empresas, o pessoal que instalou super atenciosos e educados! dou nota 10 pra empresa e indico sim, não tive nenhum problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não dei tanta sorte, a data prevista da entrega do portão séria para 21/12/2019, mudei nessa data esperando virem instalar o portão. No dia 20/12/2019 o vendedor entrou em contato dizendo que não tinha o material para executar o serviço, perguntou se poderia trocar de modelo, claro que não aceitamos, falta de responsabilidade, faltando 1 dia foram fazer o serviço, o qual já era para está pronto. Enfim, entraram em contato para instalar os portões sem falta no dia 23/12/2019, no dia 23/12/2019 vieram a tarde, chegaram somente com 1 portão, além disso, não trouxeram a trava elétrica e nem a grade da parte de cima, entrei em contato novamente, ficaram de vir no dia 24/12/2019 para "Finalizar", resumindo, dia 24/12 eu tive que sair, meu vizinho ficou responsável, eles vieram colocar o portão social, não colocou os puxadores, nem trava elétrica, o portão estava todo mau acabado, e só vieram finalizar meu serviço em 21/01/2020. Não indico! Não tem responsabilidade com cliente, só tem palavras. Meu portão ficou mau feito, e além de tudo passei por tudo isso.

Anyway, they got in touch to install the gates without fail on 12/23/2019, on 12/23/2019 they came in the afternoon, they arrived only with 1 gate, moreover, they did not bring the electric lock and neither the grill of the part from above, I got in touch again, they stayed to come on 12/24/2019 to "Finalize", in short, on 12/24 I had to leave, my neighbor was responsible, they came to put the social gate, did not put the handles , nor electric lock, the gate was all badly finished, and my service only came to an end on 21/01/2020. I do not indicate! He has no responsibility to the client, he only has words. My gate was badly made, and I went through it all.

O vendendor, Júnior, foi muito atencioso e o portão chegou no prazo estipulado.
Os meninos que vieram instalar foram rápidos, práticos e tbm super atenciosos.
De 13 de instalação o portão funcionando perfeitamente, sem problemas.

Me enviaram um técnico no dia seguinte ao chamado (Anderson), que juntamente com seu assistente demonstrou ser conhecedor do seu ofício, além de honestidade, não inventando problemas aonde não tinha. Consertou meu portão em vinte minutos, sem a necessidade de substituição de nenhuma peça.
Cobram taxa de visita, o que eu considero justo.
