Existem empresas que tem um dono almofadinha, e que parece um político saído de um seriado de época da década de 70.
O Sicaf não é assim: estrutura simples, equipamentos antigos. Mas com uma equipe super bem treinada, que trabalha com café a décadas e conhece o equipamento e sabe regula-lo com ninguém. Povo extremamente ponta firme.
É aqui que os lotes do Martins Café são rebeneficiados. Povo prepara até tipo 4 por aqui - padrão Illy ou melhor!

There are coffee processing and benefit companies that have a super-modern machine, but the operator is a poorly trained man - who does not have a clue what he's doing, and who gets angry when you ask the guy to do the tasting better (because she does not meet our standards).
There are companies that have a cushion owner, and who looks like a politician out of a 1970s serial.
The Sicaf is not like this: simple structure, old equipment. But with a super well trained team that has been working with coffee for decades and knows the equipment and knows how to regulate it with anyone. Extremely firm tip people.
This is where Martins Café's lots are rebeneficiados. People prepare to type 4 here by Illy or better!
