Estava vazio, pelo menos no horário que eu estive na agência (12h00).
O atendimento no caixa é sentado em uma mesa, achei top.
A espera, é em um confortável sofá com ar condicionado, e se quiser um café, na loja há uma máquina com cappuccino e café dentre outras bebidas.
Minha experiência foi 5 estrelas.
Very peaceful!
It was empty, at least when I was at the agency (12:00).
The attendant at the cashier is sitting at a table, I found it top.
The wait is on a comfortable sofa with air conditioning, and if you want a coffee, in the store there is a machine with cappuccino and coffee among other drinks.
My experience was 5 stars.
