★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento bom, o ruim é que geralmente a fila do caixa demora MUITO, por ter apenas um, o caixa eletrônico, que deveria ser opção, fica mais não abastecido. Quando tem dinheiro, são notas miúdas, não permite sacar nem o limite diário.
Good service, the bad thing is that usually the queue of the box takes a LOT, for having only one, the ATM, which should be an option, gets more unfilled. When you have money, they are small notes, you can not even draw the daily limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são ótimos, mas as vezes há apenas 1 caixa aberto, e no caixa eletrônico falta dinheiro com frequência. Entendo que haja questões de segurança, mas a agência fecha 13h. Demorei 4 dias para consegui sacar um valor, desisti do caixa eletrônico e fui pro atendimento humano. Perda de tempo.
The attendants are great, but sometimes there is only 1 ATM open, and the ATM often lacks money. I understand that there are security issues, but the agency closes at 1pm. It took me 4 days to get a value, I gave up the ATM and went to human service. Waste of time.
