★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total com a instituição!!! Vende a imagem de ser diferente das outras instituições bancárias mas é igual. Só constrangimento passei nesses últimos dias. Péssimo atendimento, comunicação falha e nunca acham que estão errados. Cuidado, aqui nem tudo é o que parece....
Total disappointment with the institution!!! It sells the image of being different from other banking institutions but it is the same. Only embarrassment I went through these past few days. Poor service, poor communication and they never think they're wrong. Be careful, not everything here is what it seems....
