★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cooperada a quase 15 anos e percebo que a qualidade vem caindo, principalmente no item atendimento. Recentemente tive um problema com meu cartão de crédito causado pela transição Unicred/Sicredi. Meu cartão foi bloqueado e eu não consegui realizar saques e pagamentos, mesmo tendo saldo no banco. Liguei, fui até a agência, me estressei chegando a chorar por conta da situação. Estou até agora esperando que alguém me ligue pra explicar o ocorrido e nada. A situação se normalizou por si só mas não pq alguém tivesse tomado para si a responsabilidade de resolver. Segunda-feira dia 03/12, passei mais de 40 minutos aguardando atendimento pelo caixa. Tudo bem que era incio de semana, começo de mês, etc... Mas no dia seguinte 04/12, precisei ir novamente e lá se foram 1 hora e 10 minutos esperando o atendimento. Bem, após ser atendida pedi para falar com o gerente.vi que o mesmo já havia retornado do almoço e estava na agência. Pedi para chamá-lo e mais uma vez fiquei aguardando. Passaram-se 20 minutos e infelizmente não pude esperar mais, pq mesmo não sendo gerente de banco, tb precisava almoçar. Deixei meu contato com os respectivos horários em que fiquei aguardando. Até o momento, espero um retorno. Em resumo, percebo que a nossa cooperativa esta igual ou pior aos bancos regulares e isso é muito ruim, afinal o crescimento e a modernização devem acontecer principalmente em benefício dos clientes e não para prejudicá-los.
I have been cooperating for almost 15 years and I notice that quality has been falling, especially in the service item. I recently had a problem with my credit card caused by the Unicred / Sicredi transition. My card was blocked and I was unable to make withdrawals and payments, even though I had a bank balance. I called, went to the agency, got stressed and even cried because of the situation. So far I'm waiting for someone to call me to explain what happened and nothing. The situation normalized on its own but not because someone had taken the responsibility to resolve it. Monday 12/3, I spent more than 40 minutes waiting for the cashier to answer. Okay, it was the beginning of the week, beginning of the month, etc ... But the next day 04/12, I had to go again and there were 1 hour and 10 minutes waiting for the service. Well, after being answered I asked to speak to the manager. I saw that he had already returned from lunch and was at the agency. I asked to call him and once again I was waiting. 20 minutes went by and unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer, because even though I wasn't a bank manager, I also needed to have lunch. I left my contact with the respective times when I was waiting. So far, I expect a return. In short, I realize that our cooperative is equal to or worse than regular banks and that is very bad, after all, growth and modernization must happen mainly for the benefit of customers and not to harm them.
