★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, você chega e espera mais de uma hora pra um atendimento mais ou menos, além de eles te roubarem até dizer chega. Fica sempre um guichê vazio sem ninguém atendendo, e outro onde empaca alguém que não vai embora nunca, fora quando o funcionário não sobe pro sefundo andar e fica lá pra sempre. Péssimo lugar, melhorem.
Horrible, you arrive and wait more than an hour for a more or less service, besides they steal from you until you say enough. There is always an empty window with no one answering, and another where someone who never leaves never stops, except when the employee does not go up to the second floor and stays there forever. Bad place, get better.

Quiet but with a long delay to be served, I do not understand the delay, since the bank is practically without customers, since they changed the manager of my account I was never able to speak to any manager again, tremendous disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo...mto ruim..encerrei minha conta no final de 2020 e me informaram q depois de seis meses eu teria um dinheiro pra receber pela minha cooperação, porém eu entrei em contato com a agencia e me falaram q era só depois de um ano q tivesse encerrado a conta q eu poderia ir la pra receber o dinheiro, no entanto no final de 2021 eu entrei em contato novamente com a agência e me informaram q no sistema já estava dado baixa como recebido...eu não moro mais em tupa e desde q encerrei minha conta na agência eu nunca mais entrei la, sugeri pra eles me mostrarem algum documento q eu assinei pra ter esse dinheiro e até agora não tive resposta alguma...outra sugestão era a imagem da câmera...mas até agora nem câmera e nem documento..só queria resolver meu problema porém já vi q não vão resolver...depois dessa não abro mais conta nesta cooperativa e nem recomendo..
Terrible...very bad..I closed my account at the end of 2020 and they informed me that after six months I would have money to receive for my cooperation, but I contacted the agency and they told me that it was only after a year I had closed the account I could go there to receive the money, however at the end of 2021 I contacted the agency again and they informed me that the system was already written off as received... I no longer live in tupa and since I closed my account at the agency I never went in there again, I suggested that they show me some document that I signed to have this money and so far I have not had any response... another suggestion was the camera image... but so far neither camera nor document.. I just wanted to solve my problem but I already saw that they won't solve it... after that I don't open an account in this cooperative anymore and I don't even recommend it..
