★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se comprar, torça, mas torça muito para não ter nenhum defeito, pois a assistência técnica é péssima.
Você tenta ir pessoalmente conversar, eles só orientam a ligar na assistência técnica.
São produtos caros e aparentam uma qualidade boa, mas o que entregam é outra coisa, com qualidade questionável.
If you buy, hope, but hope hard not to have any defects, because the technical assistance is terrible.
You try to go in person to talk, they only guide you to call technical assistance.
They are expensive products and appear to be of good quality, but what they deliver is something else, with questionable quality.

Não sei se tem o melhor preço porque acabei não procurando em outros lugares, mas entrega foi pontual.
Agora aguardo a montagem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECEBI MEUS MÓVEIS E NEM ENTRAM EM CONTATO PARA ME ATUALIZAR.
No dia da minha compra na porta da loja um cartaz: entregamos em 3 dias. Qdo entro pergunto, vendedor diz, entrega em 30 dias, ate ai ok, quando estou no caixa = prazo 60 dias.
Retorno na loja 10 dias depois, perguntei para vendedor posso trocar a mesa por outra pago diferença, nao pode, pergunto:
- pq?
- Responde :ja vao te entregar, não recebeu mensagem te avisando?
E para minha surpresa a mesa que comprei havia sido retirada da loja, o que conclui que muito provalvelmente vou receber a mesa do mostruário.
Enfim 60 dias - não me ligaram pra agendar e
nem pra me informar que vai atrasar eu que tive que ligar para me informar, dizem que a mesa está pronta mas as cadeiras não tem tecido para fazer, ai eu disse para me entregarem a mesa antes, novamente nao me ligaram pra agendar, no mesmo dia ligo na loja que diz que o caminhão está parado em Santa Catarina e atrasando entregas e o SAC nesse mesmo dia nem disse esse ser o problema.
Alguém pode me dar, além da informação verdadeira, dos meus móveis que já estão pagos?

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FURNITURE OR CONTACT ME TO UPDATE.
On the day of my purchase at the door of the store a poster: we deliver in 3 days. When I ask, seller says, delivery in 30 days, until then ok, when I'm at the checkout = 60 days.
Return to the store 10 days later, I asked the seller can I exchange the table for another paid difference, you can't, I ask:
- why?
- Answer: already going to deliver you, did not receive a message warning you?
And to my surprise the table I bought had been removed from the store, which concludes that I will most likely receive the table from the showcase.
Anyway 60 days - they didn't call me to schedule and
not even to inform me that it will be late I had to call to inform myself, they say that the table is ready but the chairs have no fabric to do, so I said to give me the table before, again they did not call me to schedule it, the same day I call the store that says the truck is stopped in Santa Catarina and delaying deliveries and the SAC that same day did not say this was the problem.
Can anyone give me, in addition to the real information, my furniture that is already paid for?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venderam um sofá para minha mãe com defeitos. A assistência foi ruim: técnicos pouco experientes e com postura pouco profissional não resolveram os problemas. O sofá continua com os mesmos defeitos e a loja não negocia a devolução.
They sold my mother a sofa with defects. The assistance was poor: inexperienced technicians with an unprofessional attitude did not solve the problems. The sofa still has the same defects and the store does not negotiate the return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente decepcionado, já enviaram a mesma porta errada 3 vezes, mobiliamos a nossa casa toda na loja de Santo Andre, assinamos o contato no final de novembro de 2021 para instalação no meio de fevereiro e passados mais de três meses ainda temos problemas, enviaram montadores que parecem amadores, lamentável, prateleiras cedendo, curta, porta com risco e lascadas, etc, nenhuma atenção por parte da empresa, eles erram e entramos na fila para os reparos é o meu segundo projeto com eles, caiu demais a qualidade, decepcionado.
Totally disappointed, they already sent the same wrong door 3 times, we furnished our whole house in Santo Andre's store, we signed the contact at the end of November 2021 for installation in the middle of February and after more than three months we still have problems, they sent assemblers that look amateurish, unfortunate, shelves sagging, short, scratched and chipped door, etc, no attention from the company, they make mistakes and we get in line for repairs it's my second project with them, the quality dropped too much, disappointed.
