★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma contratação com a corretora Rafaela Morrone na região de Mogi das Cruzes, (fiz com a Rafaela, porem o contrato saiu em nome de Andressa Pereira Celestino, outra corretora), tinha em mente em fechar um plano mais simples, então passei a corretora minhas necessidades (mostrei a tabela de procedimentos odontológicos que preciso fazer), ela disse que o plano mais em conta não me ajudaria, logo me ofereceu o plano Dental E40, e disse que supriria todas minhas necessidades, sendo assim passei o valor no cartão para também ser menor a carência.
Fiz o tratamento apenas de um dente, e ao chegar no segundo dente me deparo com a informação que meu convenio/plano não cobre para os tratamentos do qual preciso. Entrei em contato com a Rafaela, e a Rafaela já não trabalhava mais na corretora, então falei com a Maria Fernanda, onde ela disse que não poderia ser feito nada e que o plano não cobre os procedimentos necessário.

Pergunta: O descaso irá até quando? Preciso muito da minha resolução.
I made a contract with the broker Rafaela Morrone in the region of Mogi das Cruzes, (I did with Rafaela, however the contract was in the name of Andressa Pereira Celestino, another broker), I had in mind to close a simpler plan, so I passed the broker my needs (I showed the table of dental procedures I need to do), she said that the more affordable plan would not help me, then offered me the Dental E40 plan, and said that she would meet all my needs, so I passed the amount on the card to the need is also less.
I did only one tooth treatment, and when I get to the second tooth, I come across information that my agreement / plan does not cover for the treatments I need. I contacted Rafaela, and Rafaela no longer worked at the brokerage, so I spoke with Maria Fernanda, where she said that nothing could be done and that the plan does not cover the necessary procedures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a contratação de um convênio médico da Sulamerica com o corretor, na negociação me foi prometido alguns descontos e a isenção de 1 mensalidade com o único critério que eu mantivesse o convênio por no mínimo 3 meses, acontece que já estou pagando a 6° mensalidade e até o momento não recebi reembolso do valor pago.
O pior, agora no pós venda, o corretor sequer responder minhas mensagens, mandei um e-mail pelo site da corretora e ninguém me retornou.
Estou relatando meu caso na esperança de que alguém me procure, caso não tenha êxito, vou acionar os orgãos responsáveis e publicarei as mensagens nomes datas valores.
Ah. não adiantar apagar as mensagens, tenho tudo documentado e será mais uma prova de que estão se negando a cumprir o que havia sido combinado!
No aguardo de um retorno.
I contracted a Sulamerica medical agreement with the broker, in the negotiation I was promised some discounts and the exemption of 1 monthly fee with the only criterion that I keep the agreement for at least 3 months, it happens that I am already paying the 6th monthly fee and so far I have not received a refund of the amount paid.
The worst, now in the post-sale, the broker doesn't even answer my messages, I sent an email through the broker's website and no one returned.
I am reporting my case in the hope that someone will come to me, if I am unsuccessful, I will go to the responsible bodies and publish the messages names dates values.
Ah. there is no point in deleting the messages, I have everything documented and it will be more proof that they are refusing to fulfill what had been agreed!
I am waiting for a return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do atendimento, a corretora Sandra Rosa me atendeu muito mau, foi super grossa cmg! Poderia treinar melhor os funcionários a não levar tudo pro lado pessoal e tratar os clientes mau dessa forma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiencia com a vendedora de seguro lilian teixeira. Pessoas que estao somente interessadas em vender, depois que fazem a venda, ate bloqueiam voce no whatsapp quando pedimos ajuda com algo simples relacionada ao plano. Nunca vi tamanha falta de humanidade com o próximo.
