★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo, deixei meu celular para arrumar o microfone, me devolveram no mesmo dia funcionou uma semana e parou novamente o microfone, estava na garantia levei novamente para arrumar, ficou mais uma semana e hoje me mandaram um audio dizendo que não consegue arrumar porque esta dando curto na placa, eu acho que não importa o problema a obrigação do estabelecimento é devolver o aparelho consertado, vão me devolver o dinheiro segundo fui informado porém o meu intuito era consertar o celular, se não conseguem não podem se chamar de assistência técnica, estou dando uma estrela pq não tem opção de dar estrela negativa porque seriam - 5 estrelas para eles, em fim deixo esse alerta para os clientes que possam solicitar o serviço desse estabelecimento...
Terrible service, I left my cell phone to fix the microphone, they returned it to me the same day it worked a week and stopped the microphone again, it was under warranty I took it again to fix it, it stayed another week and today they sent me an audio saying it can't fix it because it's short on the plate, I think that no matter the problem, the establishment's obligation is to return the repaired device, they will return the money to me, as I was informed, but my intention was to fix the cell phone, if they can't, they can't call technical assistance, I'm giving a star because there is no option to give a negative star because they would be - 5 stars for them, in the end I leave this alert for customers who may request the service of this establishment...
