★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi uma clínica estética boa, atualmente falta respeito e empatia com o cliente. Recepcionistas e esticistas/biomédica secas e grosserias. O atendimento durante o procedimento é apressado (parece que são obrigadas a trabalhar no local). Só fui bem atendida uma vez pela Vera quando a clínica abriu. Atualmente nem fazem questão de remarcar o próximo procedimento e tentam empurrar pacotes sem fazer avaliações ou atender minimamente bem.
It was once a good aesthetic clinic, currently it lacks respect and empathy with the client. Receptionists and stretchers / dry biomedical and rudeness. Attendance during the procedure is hurried (it seems that they are forced to work on the spot). I was only well attended by Vera once when the clinic opened. Currently, they do not even make a point of rescheduling the next procedure and try to push packages without making evaluations or meeting them minimally well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas que me atendem são ótimas, sempre muito atenciosas e amorosas. Tive um problema sério com a máquina que eu uso no meu procedimento que quebrou e tive que pausar o tratamento o que prejudicou um pouco, mas acredito que o problema sendo resolvido não tenha mais prejuízo.
The girls who serve me are great, always very caring and loving. I had a serious problem with the machine that I use in my broken procedure and I had to pause the treatment which hurt a bit, but I believe that the problem being solved has no further damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não são mais Siluets, são agora Renew Body e estão localizados na Av. Vieira de Moraes 2110 sala 707, Campo Belo SP. Local pequeno, com pouca infra. Na hora de vender os tratamentos prometem o que há de melhor, só que na prática não é bem assim. As documentações da clínica não existe. Não até este momento. Fechei um tratamento, paguei para um CNPJ, enviaram um contrato com um CNPj diferente do qual paguei e para finalizar a NF que recebi foi de outro CNPJ, todos com endereços diferentes um dos outros.Ah! Em nenhum dos docs acima consta o endereço da Vieira de Moraes (parece estabelecimento fantasma). Deixo aqui este relato para que não passem o que passei.
They are no longer Siluets, they are now Renew Body and are located at Av. Vieira de Moraes 2110 sala 707, Campo Belo SP. Small place, with little infrastructure. When it comes to selling treatments, they promise the best, but in practice it's not quite like that. The clinic documentation does not exist. Not until this moment. I closed a treatment, paid to a CNPJ, they sent a contract with a CNPj different from the one I paid and to finalize the NF I received was from another CNPJ, all with addresses different from each other. Ah! In none of the above docs there is the address of Vieira de Moraes (it looks like a ghost establishment). I leave this report here so you don't go through what I went through.
