★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente mais uma vez decepcionada, hoje minha filha foi fazer sombrancelha e pediu para não, Não, que significa NÃO afinar a sombrancelha, ela é adolescente e não fica nada bem com sombrancelha fina, a moça que atendeu acho que não conhece a palavra NÃO e fez sombrancelha fina, da outra vez a outra fez limpeza de pele ficou tipo não limpou nada, mas deram outra limpeza de pele e ela gostou e agora com a sombrancelha acontece o que? Nada né, esperar crescer fazer o que ? Nem quero nada mas não indico a ninguém

Colocam estagiária para atender as clientes, pois é rentável receber por serviços profissionais e colocar a estagiária que ganha bem menos para atender. Pelo que sei elas nem poderiam estar atendendo, o máximo que poderiam fazer é assistir as profissionais, já que estagiam para aprender. Não recomendo!
Receptionists unprepared and disorganized. They put an intern to serve clients, as it is profitable to receive for professional services and put the intern who earns much less to serve. As far as I know they couldn’t even be attending, the most they could do is assist the professionals, since they were training to learn. I do not recommend!

As massagens modeladoras foram as minhas preferidas, as massoterapeutas Thainã e Pamela sempre muito atenciosas. Já o tratamento de carbox me auxiliou a reduzir as estrias. Elas também acompanharam todo o processo e os resultados por meio de registro com fotos (antes e depois), para que eu tivesse a percepção desses resultados. Sempre que precisei reagendar, as recepcionistas procuraram me auxiliar, além do atendimento ser muito cordial e sempre procurando sanar minhas dúvidas e mandando novas promoções para minha apreciação. Obrigada meninas!
I loved the service of this unit of Siluets. I hired three beauty treatment packages and enjoyed all three. The modeling massages were my favorite, the massage therapists Thainã and Pamela always very attentive. The carboxy treatment helped me reduce stretch marks. They also tracked the whole process and the results through photo recordings (before and after) so that I could see these results. Whenever I needed to reschedule, the receptionists tried to help me, besides the service being very cordial and always trying to answer my questions and sending new promotions for my appreciation. Thanks girls!
