★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro com eles e assim que sai da concessionária o carro apresentou problemas no GNV. Voltei na loja e o antigo gerente chamado Oscar me atendeu muito bem e solucionou o meu problema com peças novas, entretanto assim que comprei o carro ele estava com um problema no câmbio que eles não se preocuparam em consertar antes de me entregar. Algumas semanas andando com o carro o problema foi se agravando e voltei na loja, acreditando que resolveriam assim como resolveram na situação do gnv. Pelo contrário já com o Gerente novo, chamado Hugo eles puseram um câmbio de ferro velho no meu carro, peça que não era original do modelo do meu carro e nem do ano. sai totalmente devastado da loja com o meu carro cheio de lama, meu couro imundo e um trabalho muito mal feito.
Agora estou tendo um atendimento muito ruim, demoram para me responder, não passam a informação com clareza nos raros momento que me respondem e estou a ponto de colocar a loja na justiça.
Vou anexa aqui algumas fotos do que fizeram e espero que a minha situação posso te fazer evitar alguma eventual dor de cabeça.
A primeira foto é do carro e o câmbio da maneira que eu comprei, as fotos seguintes são do dia que fui buscar o carro com eles.
I bought a car with them and as soon as it leaves the dealership the car had problems with the CNG. I went back to the store and the old manager named Oscar attended me very well and solved my problem with new parts, however as soon as I bought the car he had a problem with the gearbox that they didn't bother to fix before delivering it to me. A few weeks driving the car, the problem got worse and I went back to the store, believing that they would solve it as they did in the gnv situation. On the contrary, with the new Manager, called Hugo, they put a scrap iron gearbox in my car, a part that was not the original model of my car or the year. I walk out of the shop totally devastated with my car full of mud, my leather filthy, and a very sloppy job.
Now I'm having a very bad service, they take a long time to answer me, they don't give the information clearly in the rare moments that they answer me and I'm about to bring the store to justice.
I'm going to attach here some photos of what they did and I hope that my situation can help you avoid any possible headaches.
