Gostei da loja e do atendimento na época que eu compre. Isso há uns 4 anos.
Hoje compareci na loja para realizar a troca, Porém fui mal atendida, a vendedora não nos deu opções. Nem de preços ou de modelos.
Queria empurra as mais caras , quando perguntei das folheadas ela simpliesmente deixou a gente escolher e quando escolhemos ela " disse acho que nem tenho o seu tamanho", fez pouco caso , atendeu mal.
Perguntei se não tinha como encomendar e poderíamos deixar a nossa. Ela disse que não.
Depois disse que só daqui uns 40 dias , se o dono fazer fosse realizar compras.
Fiquei me perguntando será que ela sabe que a aliança tem um valor sentimental. Para tratar os clientes assim?

I liked the store and the service at the time I buy it. That was about 4 years ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei brincos, correntes e anéis mas qdo precisa de um conserto é o pior possível, eles não se esforçam para resolver, não dão soluções eh péssimo. Não recomendo pra ninguém.
I've always bought earrings, chains and rings but when it needs a repair it's the worst possible, they don't make an effort to solve it, they don't give solutions and it's terrible. I don't recommend it to anyone.
