★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! é pedido para o futuro inquilino pagar a vistoria de entrada no imóvel,algo que normalmente a própria imobiliária fica responsável e arca, vistoria esta que é feita de forma muito ruim. Ao enviarem a vistoria, não apareciam vários detalhes que observamos na primeira visita à casa, nos deslocamos então, novamente até o imóvel para verificarmos o estado da casa. Por termos tido que ir fazer nossa própria vistoria, não sendo válida a vistoria que eles fizeram, pedimos nosso dinheiro de volta e eles alegam todo tipo de justificativas para não nos devolver o dinheiro de um serviço feito de forma totalmente negligente. Estamos entrando com um processo no Procon, porque, como clientes, temos todo o direito a ter nosso dinheiro devolvido por um serviço que não foi satisfatório para nós. É nosso direito de cliente.

Além de tudo, os corretores que nos atenderam foram bastante grosso diante das nossas necessidades.

Aluguei um apartamento n avenida São João, senti cheiro de veneno perguntei duas vezes se tinha cupim, eles me responderam que o proprietário era muito cuidadoso, estou com minhas coisas com cupim e segundo informações o inquilino anterior saiu por causa da infestação do cupim. Muito triste cumprir com as obrigações e ser enganada, lesada. A vistoria deles é pura enganação das piores.
Não façam negocio com essa imobiliária, se fizerem vão ter problemas como eu estou tendo.
Ah eles costumam apagar as notificações sobre a conduta real deles.

I rented an apartment on Avenida São João, I smelled poison, I asked twice if there were termites, they replied that the owner was very careful, I have termites with my things and according to information the previous tenant left because of the termite infestation. Very sad to fulfill the obligations and be deceived, wronged. Their inspection is pure deception of the worst.
Do not do business with this real estate company, if you do, you will have problems like I am having.
