Dishonesty in values, lies to take money from customers. Excellent service from the sellers, but the manager is rude, liar and bad business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro nessa loja em fevereiro de 2021, desde que saiu de lá o carro visita o mecânico todos os meses. Ficaram de reembolsar uma buzina e lâmpadas que estavam queimadas quando comprei e até hoje nada. Para ter noção do tipo de carro que vendem, o filtro de ar era original do carro (2014), totalmente sem revisão. É a segunda vez que faço o motor, os botões de comando de vidro e retrovisor afundaram para dentro da porta, depois de meses levei lá para arrumarem, falaram que colocaram peças novas e simplesmente fizeram solda plástica ou só colaram. Hoje o problema piorou, porque a cola que colocaram colou os comandos de retrovisor.
O atendimento é ótimo até o momento de fechar o negócio, mas a qualidade e pós venda é péssima.
I bought a car from this store in February 2021, since it left there the car visits the mechanic every month. They had to refund a horn and light bulbs that were burned out when I bought it and still nothing. To get an idea of the type of car they sell, the air filter was original to the car (2014), totally unrevised. It's the second time I do the engine, the glass and rear view control buttons sank into the door, after months I took it there to fix it, they said they put new parts and simply made plastic welding or just glued. Today the problem got worse, because the glue they put glued the mirror controls.
The service is great until the time of closing the deal, but the quality and after sales is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um PROBLEMA com eles desde o inicio da negociação foi apontado pra mim que o primeiro boleto do meu financiamento venceria 07/07, chegando pra finalizar a compra confirmei essa informação diversas vezes, resumo colocaram a data pro dia 25/06 sem aviso liguei, sem sucesso pra resolver, falei com o vendedor que disse que os áudios e os prints que eu mandei dele falando que seria 07/07 não batem com horário além de tudo me tirando pra louco, fiz um comentário aqui deu 10 minutos me ligaram, falando que sim que houve um erro de comunicação que em no máximo 20 minutos resolviam o problema, 20 minutos viraram até segunda, segunda passou Ninguém deu resposta MUITO MENOS uma posição sobre a situação, como se não bastasse em 8 dias repito 8 dias o carro já acendeu a luz do airbag! AVISO: Não adianta ligar pra mim sem a resolução do caso não vou apagar até ser resolvido!! infelizmente não consigo colocar os áudios aqui!
